We provide transaction coordination, broker compliance, and related services to licensed real estate agents ("Agents") from contract execution through closing, as well as additional agreed-upon hourly services.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you:

This data is submitted voluntarily by Agents to enable our coordination services. We do not collect this directly from buyers/sellers/clients.

We retain transaction data as needed for service delivery, compliance, and legal purposes. Website visitor data is retained shorter-term unless needed longer.
