Earnest Money- ensure received, copy and upload
Welcome/opening email to closing attorney, lender, coop agent, buyer/seller
Order survey, septic, WDIR, and/or home warranty as instructed
Track and update deadlines
Weekly coordination follow-ups with all vendors
Obtain repair invoices and forward to closing attorney
Schedule closing date/time per instructions
Coordinate final walkthrough as instructed
Closing Disclosure/HUD1 coordination (Final approval required by Agent)
Close-out docs in brokerage compliance system
